We want you to love your Hot Planet pieces. And we’re here to make sure you feel confident in every purchase.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all Hot Planet pieces are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once delivered.

This allows us to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for every customer.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.

Exceptions – Genuine Issues

If you receive a product with a genuine issue such as a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Hygiene stickers must be intact
• Tags must be attached
• Item must be in original packaging
• Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the case.
