Hot Planet Shipping Policy Effective Date: July 9, 2025

At Hot Planet, we don’t just ship packages, we deliver purpose. Each product is consciously crafted, quality-checked, and packed with love (and eco-friendly materials) before heading your way.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping across India as well as international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

• Every order is processed within 1–2 working days after you receive your order confirmation email.
• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

3. Delivery Timelines (India)

• Same city (e.g., Chennai): 24–48 hours
• Within state (e.g., Tamil Nadu): 48–72 hours
• Metro-to-metro: 4–5 working days
• Other regions: 5–7 working days
• Remote areas (e.g., J&K, Kerala, North East): 8–10 working days

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on your first order
• Free shipping on all orders above ₹10,000
• Flat ₹250 shipping for orders below ₹5,000

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to go live.

6. Delivery Issues

If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeline:

7. Packaging

Our packaging is plastic-free, biodegradable, and thoughtfully designed to protect your swimwear and the planet.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, we’ll contact you to reschedule. Additional shipping charges may apply.
